Progress reports

Vital Energi install industrial heating / energy generation systems including the distribution & associated building services to both public & private sector clients. Employed to head the company’s Planning Dept & to oversee the expansion of planning during a period of company growth with Administrator rights to the Primavera database. This includes production of software specific planning procedures, delivering training sessions & inputs into strategic planning.

Worked as the senoir site planner at Khayelitsha Hospital. Was responsible for all planning functions, which included the contract program, short term programs, progress updates, progress reports, information control, all technical queries, formwork scheduling etc.

Current Role:

- Checking of sub-contractor's L4 schedule

- Verification of sub-contractor's progress report by actual site progress monitoring
