Overall scheduling of 6 residential development projects in the Greater London Area. This required detailed scheduling, resource management, progress monitoring and reporting;
Detail appraisal of schedules and logistics plans submitted to the company for work in the early planning phase; and
Training of personnel from Construction Management companies contracted to St George (as the developer) regarding in-house project planning processes and requirements.

Halcrow’s role on this project was to provide civils & integrated management support to a multi-company project structure reporting to BNFL (Sellafield Sites).
Employed to aid a technical Project Manager on the EPS 3 project to undertake all planning, reporting, earned value & forecasting, costing & invoicing on the Encapsulated Product Store 3 project.
