This role is a focal point for the overall planning, development and monitoring of the integrated asset plan for capital and OPEX projects managed by the IOSC team.

·       Apply SPMS methodology to opportunities utilising FEL gates to develop robust CPM project schedules

Analyze construction schedule and claims.  Develop as-built schedule from daily reports. Prepare reports for litigation attorneys.

Assisted in the development of program management procedures and protocols.  Developed and maintained schedule for design and right-of-way for the high speed rail proposed between Orlando and Tampa.

Senior project manager for the design and supply of bespoke and standard light engines. Taking the project from initial customer discussions through to final product validation. Reviewed and approved concepts, assigned resources, developed schedule and managed the team who designed the product. Managed the quality of product through initial manufacturing build through to the transfer of design information to manufacturing.

Risk analysis of all projects with a focus on technology and manufacturability.

Enployed as a Project Manager and responsible for the portfolio of products in development for the gas industry. The projects vary in complexity and time frames. With projects ranging in duration from 3 months to 3 years. I have overall budget responsibility in conjuction with the Innovations Director.

The company has grown from 20 to 50 people in the last year and flexible project managment processes and practices have been implemented as the company's business practices mature.

• Control of processes related to the production and submission of Design Deliverables to client in accordance with the Design Development Plan and the Design and Construction Program within the Quality Management System.
• Ensure documentation is compliant with Document Control standards for the ICT workstream.
• Lead the Quality Management for the ICT workstream and follow up on compliance with Quality Management Standards for the ICT subcontractors, through performance of quality audits.
