-Incorporated project milestones (Turnarounds, Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPS) into schedule as per latest IBS (integrated barge schedule)

Scheduling manager for the Contractor building data centers for Google. Managed a team of 6 schedulers and oversaw the process of building fully cost and resource loaded schedules, performed weekly schedule updates, reported progress and delays to the Owner, and performed earned value analysis over the course of the program.

Assigned as junior planner whereas assiting senior planner and aide to project manager for the 3 storey buildng project.

Entitlement Plan and Delay Analysis to support Claims.

Planning and Cost Control of a multidisciplinary Project, including Earthworks with blasting activities, Bridges, Drainage, Railway and Building works

Preparing schedules for tender and construction phases, progress updates, weekly plans, constraints forecast, daily production/planning meetings using KPIs, daily/weekly and monthly reports, Critical Path Analysis.

Reporting to the Site Manager and our client ExxonMobil; I am responsible for the Planning all Civil Engineering projects for Trant Engineering at Fawley Refinery.

Key responsibilities:

I worked as an Assistant Planner on site for the construction of 6 story Stem Cell Research Lboratory including a basement. Also I have worked as an Assistant planner  for Pre construction tendering.

My role as at preconstruction tendering;

• Prepare ternder contract programs for new tenders
• Prepare phase plans for work
• Produce progress reports for on going works
• Weekly & monthly project meeting participation
• Assist with new tenders
