Progress Reporting

Al-Yamama Company for Trading & Contracting is involved in the general construction of multi-storey residential and commercial buildings, hospitals, roads, bridges, and etc.
• Prepare project schedules by Critical Path Method (CPM) including activity duration estimates, man-hours loading, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), progress S-curve, monthly cash flow, and obtain project team review and approval.

• Prepare FEED & Detailed Engineering project schedule including major milestones, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), list of deliverables, manhours loading, progress S-curve, critical activities, subcontracting plan and material procurement in CPM using Primavera P6 R8.3. • Monitor the ongoing projects and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports including Project Delay Analysis and Earned Value Analysis. Generate reports on Earned, Spent, Forecast, Cost Performance Index (CPI) and Schedule Performance Index (SPI). Highlight the major achievements and issues to the Project Manager.

Planning Engineer

   Preparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports which includes Manpower, Equipment, Material and important activities.

·        Coordinating with different departments like Civil, Architecture, Mechanical and Electrical for close monitoring of Progress & Manpower.

·        Improving Day to Day Project efficiencies by adapting Latest Technologies.

o Responsible for the update and coordination of all Design and Field Unit Project Programmes within the Partnership agreement with Scottish Water Solutions (SWS). o Required constant interaction with In House Design Managers, Engineers and Commercial Managers as well as regular liaison with the SWS Project Managers, Project Controls and Commercial Managers at Portfolio Operational Reviews. o Created and monitored the progress of Detailed Design Schedules including the requirements for any and all interactions with SWS and their relevant Construction Partners.

·     Developed and monitored the overall Strategic Master Programme for Al Barari Development Phase 1, a residential development for high end market luxury villas, with associated infrastructure, landscaping, waterways, lakes, themed gardens, and community facilities.  Approximate construction cost USD 550 million

• Assisting the senior Planner/  Project Managers in the formal reporting procedures.
• Recording of site progress and updating the same in Primavera P6.
• Recording the pre-construction progress and updating the same using Primavera P6.
• Preparing Stand-Alone Programmes for variations issued in site.
• Assisting the senior management in the process of claims through different delay analysis techniques.
• Preparing and updating KPIs for Man power, Cost, Progress Curves etc.,
