• Ensure safe, reliable operations on site
• Coordinate delivery of Area 6 week and execution schedules in Primavera
• Progress work and ensure close-out of Maximo work orders
• Generate site execution schedules of all CAP and non-CAP activities, ensuring resource utilisation is maximised and impacts due to operational reasons managed
• Manage the inclusion of approved emergent work into the Area execution schedule

Tender & Construction Planning,  I am currently working as the sole planning in the Housing New Build Division working on all the incoming Tenders to adjudication and preparation of all Construction Programmes.  Our area of works include Care/Extra Care Accommodation building, Various Housing Schemes mainly in the Social Sector, I provide a varying amount of planning input to the live projects, I monitor progress to all live projects weekly also produce Collaborative/Target Programmes and other programmes as required through the duration of projects.
