I was invited by one of my ex-managers, who was appointed to set an ‘international projects department’ within the company, in order to take part in the process of structuring the department. My tasks were (1) to constitute the required planning and cost control management structure for a project management culture with a real time predictable, controllable, and reportable project management understanding and (2) to systematically employ this culture to the awarded projects. 

Schedule preparation and maintainance (Level 3) with MSP software,

reports preparation (monthly ,weekly report)

Have worked with Primavera schedule software for approx 20 years.

Planning Engineer

Job Description:

-          Preparation of project schedule using primavera P6 v7.

-          Preparing and keeping updated Two Week Look-Ahead Bar Charts and Plans.

-          Preparing and keeping updated Progress S-Curves.

• Programmed of Work , Progress “S” Curve,  Manpower histogram (By trade).

·          Monitoring actual of progress comparing with BOQ 

·          Maintain and update Project schedule

·          Work variation and forecast volume 

Total of Man- hours 5,221,876
