Project Management, Planning, Cost and Project Control, Progress update, Technical coordination between disciplines and support on development of Shop Drawings
Had the fortune to work on prestigious landmark projects as the Four Seasons (partly) and several high rise buildings, infrastructure project, a full fledged township development comprising of 3000 housing units with Primary and secondary infra works, mosque, retail units, etc. on a reclaimed land mass north of Bahrain. As client representatives, my job entails preparing dashboard reports, milestone charts, high level development programme and status reporting and highlighting potential issues both on site and with respect to programme.
Mostly involved in construction of a shopping mall with cinema and hypermarket facilities at Riffa, Bahrain. Other than that, was also handling programme and monitoring for a warehouse project with specialized flooring and a 5 storey building construction at Hidd. Project management work included maintaining cash-in and out flows for management on all active projects, and provide to accounting / finance to know budget and actual revenue earned and prepare CVC reports, tender master schedule and compilation of submission documents for tender.
Project Controls Manager:
1. Head, lead and manage a team of project controls and planners worked on site.
2. Reporting directly to Managing director, unit’s director and project controls director.
3. Assess, hire project controls and set the staff schedule.
