Confidential MoD Client- Corporate Programme Planner;  Co-ordinated the integration, testing and roll out of the Primavera P3e planning application (v5.0) onto the client’s network and acted as ‘first user / super user’ during the testing phase.  Migrated the existing level 2 & 3 programme (without resources) into P3e producing both monthly reports to the client’s management board and quarterly programme baseline reviews for customer (MoD) submission.

National Grid South East Electricity Substations Alliance (SEESA) - Planning team leader for a team of planning engineers based in SEESA HQ, Stokenchurch. Responsible for day to day team management, periodic team peer reviews, ownership of the alliance planning process, Primavera database administrator, full lifecycle planning, earned value analysis and reporting and portfolio planning (including ‘what if’ scenario planning). Deputise for the Planning Manager to provide ongoing cover for leave periods.

Nuclear Decommissioning Agency (NDA) – A 3 month secondment to the UK Nuclear Decommissioning Agency; strategic programme planning support to consolidate existing programme plans into an overall 20 year master plan in detail and corporate milestone obligations lasting well into the next century.
