Supported major clients (e.g. Stock Exchange, mining companies, financial services, government, retail) with performance management of IT and automated business processes, major upgrades to mainframe systems, competency development of staff, mentored and trained client and internal staff, and proposed, sold and supported (delivered) projects for these serivces for clients.

Partner

Worked both on retainer but also with turnkey and fixed cost projects for clients.  Most work associated with major computer perofrmance management and mainframe software upgrades.  Implemented local area networks and bespoke systems.

Involved multiple project management for ISA, program and project management for clients, and cost adn scheduel reconciliation with clients and 3rd party vendors.

Built a community for knoweldge sharing for key software used by our clients.
