Production Planning & Resource Management

Planner employed for weekly/daily production planning for upgrades and recertification of Subsea Xmas Trees. Duties include despatching of work packages, work instructions, clarifying priorities ,monitoring ongoing progress, checking capacity, looking at space requirements for Xmas Trees arriving on site, and determining the resource requirements. 

• Planning Engineer for the manufacture of integrated flight management systems.
• Maintained the production schedule in accordance with available capacity in order to produce an accurate delivery schedule.
• Provided a long-term production plan in order to determine future capacity requirements.
• Monitored, reviewed & planned resource requirements in order to effectively and successfully achieve production demand requirements
• Provided training and support to production control staff

Worked as an Material Requirements Planning Engineer for Seagate Technologies in Ireland. Seagate Technology is a recognised Hard Disk Drive Manufacturing Company and I was responsible for the Prouction cycle and reconcilation for all shift work
