Producing 'What-ifs'

Responsible for developing and maintaining all schedules for the construction of the Onshore Substation(using Primavera P6 (v8.2)) and provide analyses on Resources, and Schedule forecast. Assist in Risk management and updating the Risk Register (Excel). Assess Contractor progress and produce a Progress Report. Ensure Planning standards are met by the Contractor. Creating and maintaining What-if scenarios and breakout programmes.

Responsible for developing, maintaining and updating all schedules for different projects, in different phases from tendering to close-out (using Primavera P6 (v7) and MS Project 2010) and provide analyses on Resources, Risk, and Schedule. Report progress to both the Client and internally. Responsible for developing the planning and reporting procedures and provide training for more junior personnel.

Senior Planning Consultant, part of the PMO Team responsible for HS2 Schemes with Utility Diversions. Work within the established multiple client environment. Responsibilities include maintain and improve allocated schemes, assist wider PMO and the client team by creating various P6 and Excel reports both periodic and on an ad hoc basis.
