I was invited by one of my ex-managers, who was appointed to set an ‘international projects department’ within the company, in order to take part in the process of structuring the department. Project Description

Circa £250m 5 year programme of Anglain Water's most large and complex capital investment projects, including new & upgraded WTW, Upgraded WWTW, New potable mains, and shore repair of existing reservoirs. Projects were managed from concept design through to financial close and benefits realisation, managed under a modified NEC2 contract form.

·         Planning and Cost Control Engineer for Industrial Projects in Libya

I prepared and monitored; Work Programs for Railroad Bridge, Dam, Pump Station, and Pipeline projects in coordination with sites. Furthermore I studied cash flow and financial standing of the projects in cooperation with the finance department and periodically reported the work to the head management of the company.
