Delivery of Golden Eagle over Claymore project for three years, completed within baseline budget and schedule. This project required a FEED study, options analysis and selection, detailed design, subsequent fabrication and installation of a 30” export pipeline, 14” import pipeline and new SSIV structures complete with brownfield modifications to infrastructure and controls systems. Led the implementation, planning and creation of a Projects Master Schedule and Earned Value reporting system to measure, monitor and control progress.
Planning Engineer/senior planner on nuclear power stations. Have been responsible for the creation and implementation of planning processes and in particular the implementation of Primavera.
Mainly worked on outage plans, creating detailed level 3 plans managing resources and costs.
