Primavera Project Planner

• Preparing detailed construction programme.
• Monitoring the progress at site and updating the schedule with the actual progress.
• Attending the meetings with the Suppliers, Subcontractors, Client & Consultants regarding
progress and time related issues.
• Analysing various package subcontractor’s programmes with reference to main contactor’s
programme.
• Assisting in preparing enterprise standards and procedures for the planning department.
• Setting out the project planning strategy (P6 Set up – planning and control -Report form

• Preparing project activity time schedule for execution as well as for tender.
• Preparing Clause 14 baseline programme.
• Resource planning and progress S-Curve.
• Analysing delay events and preparing Extension of Time claim programmes.
• Attending the meetings with the Suppliers, Subcontractors, Client & Consultants regarding
progress and time related issues.
• Reporting critical issues to the management.
• Preparing presentations & reports for the client.
