- Elaborate the consolidated Cost Breakdown Structure on the base of the Commercial Budget, the available feedback from tender documents, the risks profile, the needs to return data to Commercial Department; recast the Commercial Budget in the established Cost Breakdown Structure and issue of the Control Budget as per internal procedures,
-Identify the cost control resources necessary to control the project,
- Monitor cost coding system is properly applied and information flow is correct and complete,
- Currently working as a project control Manager in Saudi Oger in KSA.
- Previously worked with:
* Mubadala ( client ) in Abu Dhabi - from 2007 till July 2011.
* Kharafi National in Egypt and Kuwait ( MEP contractor) from 2004-2007.
* Siemens ( MEP contractor) in Egypt from 2002-2004.
* SIAC contracting company in Egypt from 1999-2002.
* Design career from 1991-1999

b. Excek format for bi-weekly update
c. Two weeks look ahead schedule
d. Progress photos
2. Monthly Report
3. Daily Report
4. Prepare claims and reply to any correspondence
a. Extension of time
b. Additional cost
5. Prepare Time Impact Analysis
6. Revised baseline schedule
a. If Contract change order issued
7. Prepare a cost loaded and resource loaded schedule

I had joined DODSAL ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD. QATAR as a Planning Engineer on September 22th, 2007. I served there up to September 27th, 2009. After this period, when project closeout activities started I was transferred to Algeria for another project due to reduction of workload in Qatar project.
I had got transferred from Qatar project to Algeria & joined as a Planning Engineer in DODSAL ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION FZE. ALGERIA& served there from 29th September, 2009 to 4th December, 2009. I had resigned from that job for my marriage purpose.
