Providing a pivotal role in the safe execution of activities offshore, maximising facility resource utilisation while minimising impact to production on Woodside’s flagship offshore Platform. Key deliverables:
Plan SIMOPS with DSV supporting diving activities for subsea tie-ins for second trunk line (TSEP) project
Integrate activity schedules input from Alliance Projects, Offshore Maintenance, Integrated Shutdown, Campaign Maintenance and Production Planners to produce a 120 day operational platform activity plan within concurrent activity and logistic constraints
Project schedule manager - New Power Plants
Master schedule update and analysis. T&C schedule updating.
Managed and coordinate subcontractors and other parties involve in the site with regards to completion datelines, resource planning and technical requirements.
Managed planning documentations, systems and procedures including method statements.
Monitor construction schedule execution on site and records completion of activities and milestones.
Updating project schedule weekly and monthly basis with baselining.
Evaluate monthly interim valuation versus actual site progress.
Prepare recovery plans incase of schedule slippage.
Prepare monthly detailed updated program and lookahead schedules.
Prepare detailed reports regarding various construction operation held on site.

Implemented a Primavera P6 planning system running in a virtual Windows environment on an Apple Mac OS. Developed a master project schedule integrating a portfolio of Apache oilfield projects inclusive of Bacchus subsea tie-back to Forties Alpha.
Delivery of Golden Eagle over Claymore project for three years, completed within baseline budget and schedule. This project required a FEED study, options analysis and selection, detailed design, subsequent fabrication and installation of a 30” export pipeline, 14” import pipeline and new SSIV structures complete with brownfield modifications to infrastructure and controls systems. Led the implementation, planning and creation of a Projects Master Schedule and Earned Value reporting system to measure, monitor and control progress.
