NPC – Al Reem Zone A – Abu Dhabi - appointed to provide specialized forensic planning requirements for the preparation of a consolidated claims submission. 

Dutco Balfour Beatty – Al Ali Multi-Use Complex, Novotel Hotel, Al Barsha Dubai - appointed to provide specialized forensic planning requirements for the preparation of a consolidated claims submission.

Nuclear Power Plant Construction.  A member of a team providing delay analysis support (assessment of envisaged subcritical paths) to the expert witness appointed to assess contractor’s EoT entitlement.

Underground Railway Upgrade.  A member of a team providing delay analysis support (schedule evaluation) to the expert witness appointed to assess contractor’s EoT entitlement.

Casino Fit Out - Delay Analysis (Time Impact Analysis) in support of the Contractors EoT claim and subsequent adjudication.

Shopping Centre Demolition - Delay Analysis (As Planned v as Built) in support of EoT and delay and disruption claims. 

Gas Processing Plant - Delay Analysis (As Planned v As Built) in support of EoT and delay and disruption claim.

• • • Provide strong leadership to planning engineers, schedulers and cost engineers to plan, monitor, and control the execution of the project within the time and budgetary parameters, optimizing resource utilization.
    • Develop systems and procedures for Project control functions on the onset of the project and as and when there are additional requirements from the client in order to facilitate the process of monitoring progress.
    • Plan and schedule the project by developing a project master schedule in line with the proposal requirements through the application

Lead Scheduler for all turnaround and capital projects within the refiney. Includes updating project files and generating reports.
