Headed up the project controls team for theBuildings/Health/Education (BHE) Sector under the Project Contracting Office 18.6 billion dollar reconstruction effort in Iraq. Developed, monitored, and simultaneously reported on 1,412 individual design/build projects/schedules costing $614 million dollars using Primavera e/c covering 1,236 schools, 5 public buildings,23 hospitals, and 150 primary health care clinics throughout various governorates in Iraq.

PCO Electrical Sector Program(Completed 2006), Baghdad, Iraq: As Project Control Engineer for Iraq Power Alliance (joint venture between Parsons Brinckerhoff and Parsons E and C), developed baseline schedules and provided planning and analysis expertise for 444 generation, distribution, and transmission projects throughout Iraq with total budget of $2.4B encompassing more than 17K activities.
