Outline:
Reporting to the Site Manager and our client ExxonMobil; I am responsible for the Planning all Civil Engineering projects for Trant Engineering at Fawley Refinery.
Key responsibilities:
• Prepare and review base line schedule. • Maintain and update actual & forecast schedule. • Prepare three look ahead schedules. • Update and monitor progress and cost of the project • Prepare and follow project monthly invoices. • Plan and distribute the work among construction mangers • Monitor and analyses daily progress and daily activates in site • Analyze progress delays and create recovery plans
• Setup projects initial baseline scope and Create progress measurements Plan. • Setup Baseline schedule and communicate client to review and approve it. • Monitor and prepare projects progress weekly wise. • Monitor and present Man-hours and cost expended Weekly Wise. • Analyze Project Trends and delays and produce weekly analyses and recommendations to Recover progress and save cost and man-hours. • Update projects schedule weekly wise.
