• Conduct the project time schedule for proposal being submitted to our top management for approval
• Generate planning reports at various stages of the project starting from concept up to project close
• Manage the provision of the following achievement:
• Monitor and control ongoing projects accomplishment in accordance to target budget and time schedule
• Responsible for all quality control works aspect of the whole project
• Controlling scope changes directly, deals & responding to risk which occur in the said on-going projects to prevent
