Managing and leading the Planning Team on the Muscat International and Salalah Airport Project
Job Duties:
· To give Support and to verify the load of data carried out in the System DIMS for Windows (DFW) for pursuit of the field activities.
Planning & monitoring of construction activities of 4 Lac sq. ft. high profile school building in Dubai.
Responsibilities: Sales support, customer demonstrations, training and implementation project management and consultancy for Building Information Modelling, cost management and estimating software to the construction industry. International consultancy for RIB parent company RIB Software AG.
I worked within the Discrete Solution Business Unit (SBU) and reviewed the successful SAP sales process and also reviewed the SBU's internal procedures. This required interviews/meetings with all of the Account Managers, Account Executives, Education and Consultancy Departments, Solution 2000 team and the ValueSAP team. One of the outcomes is the implementation of a temporary Bid Management Process until the corporate process is rolled out.
Project Services Lead
Project Services Lead on a gas processing terminal. The project includes a development of the Corrib gas field, and constructions of the natural gas pipeline (through a tunnel under the sea bed) and a gas processing plant.
