  1. Prepared the Planning package for the project which includes Baseline schedule, with resources and weight factor. Generation of Cost, Manpower & Equipments distribution report.
  2. Updating the schedule, monitoring the Critical Path.
  3. Preparing forecast reports for project execution.
  4. Generation of Earned Value, Budgeted Cost for work performed, and Actual Cost for work performed, Cost variance reports, Schedule variance reports.
  5. Preparation of Weekly progress report, Monthly Progress report.
