Responsible to check, monitor, review and input into Contractor’s design engineering and construction schedules for large scale Greenfield Topsides development Projects. Build detailed onshore commissioning and offshore hook-up schedules using Primavera P3. Interface with main Contractor to ensure that commissioning activity is integrated into the overall master schedule. Produce planning data and key performance indicators for the overall project monthly report.
- Primavera P3 – Project and Installation Planning and Reporting inc. TPWS, AWS, OHLE, Signalling associated works. Development and maintenance of robust P3 resource and cost loaded plans for specific sub-projects, running parallel with contractor programmes and interfacing directly with the Master Plan.
