Project: A590 High & Low Newton Bypass – Highways Agency – £26m

Construction of a 3.8km dual carriageway situated within the Lake District National Park.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Weekly project planning.
• 6 weekly project schedules.
• Material wastage reporting.
• Timesheet coding and earned value management.
• Creation of output information.

Willmer Limited is a UK  based company that offers planning and training services for any company involved in projects. The founders have a vast amount of experience of implementing, training and delivering planning and scheduling services to the construction, rail and engineering industries. Additionally we have worked with Finance, IT and Pharmaceutical companies. 

Assisting Internatinal Sales manager to develop sales via our Channel Partners

Progress Reporting; short term programms; Early tender involvement; producing 3D model in Google Sketchup / Adobe Special Effects to portray programme sequencing / visualisation;

I stated as a Quantity Surveying at a company in Cape Town, South Africa. I then moved into the site management sector & became Planner & ended up as a Contracts Manager. When i left South Africa, I joined an envelope company as a Project Planner.
