Job Scope

• Functionally reporting to the assigned Project Managers and administratively reporting to the Planning Manager.
• Responsible to provide overall status of all assigned projects i.e. to prepare, development and maintain project summary schedu

• Lead the development of an integrated project planning system, comprising designing the process architecture, rationalising and integrating engineering applications (databases, manhour tracking system and document control system) for seamless and holistic reporting.
• Develop, validate and prepare project planning package inclusive of progress measurement methodology, project schedule using critical path method (CPM), work breakdown structures (WBS) and S-Curve, manhour loading and histogram and other technical data as required according to client requirements.

Planner/Scheduler in a Construction company. Main role is to prepare baseline schedule, update  and report to Supervising Planner.

More than 15 years experience in the field of  Construction & Engineering industry having worked in the Construction Project ranging from 0.8 B US$  to 4.0 B US$ under EPCC contracts. Experiences includes Project Planning/Scheduling for Feed & Detailed Engineering, Construction & Commissioning, Project Management & Reporting System, Overall co-ordination, monitoring and control of developed and integrated project schedules, Sub-contractor Co-ordination, Material Control and Take-off as well as Cost estimating.

Currently working as Planning and Programs Analyst for Saudi Aramco, North Park, Al Midra Tower, Office Space Design Unit thru Al Yamama Contracting Company Saudi Arabia.

Responsible for planning, managing and controlling Multiple Office design projects for the department. Managing a team of 4 Engineers (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Architect) and 3 CAD Operators who are responsible for designing.

Work on MS Project 2010 for Planning, Scheduling and Reporting purpose

Working on the planned congestion charging for the wider Manchester area and proposed transport upgrades (Planning software P6)

Provide planning support to the 7 project managers covering 22 small to medium size programmes.

Provide all reports and any corrective actions to maintain key programme dates.

Review of contractor’s programmes from tender/contract award to period submissions and review

Developing project schedule including managing baseline, update, scheduling, leveling and summarizing

v  Responsible prepares preliminary Primavera schedule based on the project work breakdown structure, activity duration , work sequence, resources allocation and productivity parameters.

v  Responsible to optimize and finalize Primavera Schedule in close coordination with Project Management Team (PMT)

v  Responsible in verifying and collates daily activity / quantity tracking and resources usage and updates Primavera schedule.
