Construction Planning & 3D/4D Modelling – Heathrow Terminal 2B (August 2011 – Present):
Planner on the £460m second phase of a satellite building to support Heathrow Terminal 2. Assisting in the overall T2B 4D modelling duties for the substructure and superstructure works.
Working for Balfour Beatty Utility Solutions in the Power sector, working in and running the planning department which currently consist of a small team to which which contiune to grow during 2012 and onwards.
Our key disiplines include delivering engineering designs and documents to site operations in order for them to progress with new build and refurbishment projects in Overhead Line 132kV, 400kv projects.
Looking after some 50-60 current live projects with a range of 10k to 1.5 million value.
I have had both direct and indirect experience in Project Management, Change Management, Project Controls and Scheduling for the past 27 years, which involved Safety Compliance, Critical Path Methodology, Earned Value Management, KPI’s, Performance Feedback Loops and Timelines. I always keep a forensic schedule with all required baselines during the execution of projects to avoid formal litigations and to support the closing of projects.
