Project Description

Circa £250m 5 year programme of Anglain Water's most large and complex capital investment projects, including new & upgraded WTW, Upgraded WWTW, New potable mains, and shore repair of existing reservoirs. Projects were managed from concept design through to financial close and benefits realisation, managed under a modified NEC2 contract form.

Planning and scheduling the project programme. Monitoring all the activites in detail and WBS level.

Job Description as Planning Engineer
Preparation of detailed baseline programme and planning package
• Identifying critical path, major engineering deliverables, major procurement deliverables and project deliverables
• Preparation of fully resource loaded and cost loaded programme for internal and clients submission
• Equipment resource planning and forecasting for Marine as well as land resources
• Manpower planning for various phases of project
• Generating of Histograms for Equipment and Labor resources and monitoring actuals against planned regularly
• Preparing and getting approva

Working as a project Engineer in planning, monitoring, and devloping Work schedules for Electrical power station that is include Engineering, procurment , and construction schedules for all discplines (Civil, Electrical, Arch, Mechanical, Plant Design and piping, and controls systems) and also for all packages (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Offshore,CTGs, STGs, HRSGs,Transformers, Pupms,...etc)

Responsible for

- Providing master construction planning and programming service.

- Implementing baseline programme, controlling and monitoring in construction.
