Project Reporting

·         Produce weekly and monthly Project Progress reports for all the facilities project in a timely manner

·         Prepare any other required report requested from time to time.

·         Ensure accurate and timely reporting and respond to the requirements of both Site and  Home Office management needs

• Preparation of schedules, bar charts for residential, commercial buildings.
• Preparing cash flows for various resources required during construction.
• Preparing material procurement schedule.
• Tracking the schedule according to activities going on site.
• Monitoring the activities on site as per planning schedule.
• Preparing the MIS Report for the Upper Management.
