Project Management 

·     Define project methodology for Minerals projects, in order to improve Minerals Area savings

·     Project manager for construction of a pilot plant at Galveston-TX and for others small projects.

·     Support Minerals segment with the acquisition of a new mine (~U$ 15M value).

·     Project manager for the construction of 4 drilling rigs modules (OSX WHP 1&2). Project was a consortium with Norwegian companies and had interfaces in Singapore, Vietnam, Houston and Brazil offices. Multicultural project. Contract value of U$ 22M.

·     Responsible for the working group to implement a PMO in SAM.

·     Focal point for Project Management of M-I SWACO in SAM.

·     Enhance interface between departments (Engineering, Supply, Production, Assembly and Logistics) and clients through project planning/execution. Responsible for manage project changes and risk management as well.

·     Develop strategies of project planning and its execution. Conduct analysis and Project Planning and Control.

·         Produce tender stage and contract programmes from client specifications

·         Provide planning & resource scheduling support for Project Managers & Engineering design team

·         Produce graphs and S-Curves using Earned Value technique to monitor project progress

·         Controlling the engineering, procurement and construction phases of the project using Primavera package (P3e)

·         Monitoring and controlling resource and cost of the project

·         Critical Path Analysis (CPA) to identify the project bottleneck and key activities

• Working as Surface Project Management Department Member
• Review and comments on Conceptual Design and FEED documents for Surface Facilities

prepared by China Petroleum Engineering Company (CPE).

• Preparing the Weekly & Monthly Report.
• Preparing the Look ahead and Catch up plan.
• Checking and approval of Contractor’s Invoices.
• Reviewing the ITB of above mentioned tenders and Tenders Technical Evaluation Team Member.

SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE:

Over Seven (7) years experience in industrial engineering in the field of cost and planning, working for industries such as civil construction and oil & gas engineering.

Various Roles and Functionaliry from Project Manager, Construction Manager, Planning and Control Manager.

<br>Having been involved in 1 Bil dollar project, to 40 Mil, to 20 Mil and 10 Mil respectively.
