Started as a labourer and worked up to blocklayer.  Worked on lager comercial jobs across Auckland New Zealand.  Towards the end of my time with Eagle Masonary I started University part time studying Construction Management.

Site Manager / Project Manager for Mainzeal construction, Managed on site activities and procurement.  Co-ordinated client meetings, design group meetings and site related meetings (Safety, Quality).

Worked on projects up to $10m

¨      Coordinating with the Process, Utility and Workshop departments for day to day planned works and make plan for next day + one month look-ahead activities.

¨      Coordinate with subcontractors in integrating their activites in the master plan.

¨      Planning standby work activities for next day+ one week which can be taken up in case planned works are disrupted due to operational requirements.

Currently the Planning/Cost Control Manager for Dongho Korean Saudi Limited Co. under Al Bayan Holding Groups Middle East responsible for the company’s regional strategic development management and heads up the planning, programming and controls department and functional oversight of the Bids/Tendering and communication division.

Seconded to Robt Stone & Co, the Mechanical/Electrical Contractor for Maui Stage II, as their Senior Planning / Cost Control Engineer for the construction phase of the onshore receiving facilities at Oaonui on the West Coast of New Zealand.

Responsible for planning and cost control during the construction phase of the C6 + project, the extensions project, and the LPG export project.

Work included detailed planning during plant shut-downs to tie into existing plant.
