Carried out a project planning and coordination role for the Lynx Integrated Project Team. The team required a Through Life Management Plan. This was achieved through user requirements, data-gathering and gap analysis. A fully functional, integrated database was produced using Access and web-bsed software tools.

Possession and pre possession planning, production and updating of lookahead programmes, cost and resource loaded contract/baseline programmes covering the 5 year delivery plan, quantitative risk analysis programmes, in conjunction with project team members who own delivery. Providing Project Controls advice as part of a specialist mobilisation team working with a Balfour Beatty/LUL partnership for a new 5 year NEC3 Option C track renewal and maintenance contract. Advice and hands on assistance in setting up appropriate scope control, project coding, change control and cost and resource loaded programmes, all to enable effective planning and monitoring of progress and timely issues identification.
Hands on responsibility for the planning function for the whole of the CTRL project. Develop and report an integrated project programme. Liase with Project Managers (RLE) to ensure compliance with deliverables and accept Contractors programmes on behalf of the Client, and estbalish detailed mitigation plans, run QSRA's. Advising Senior Management, Government Agents and Railtrack Board on programme issues. Lead programme discussions with Insurers agents on circa £70m claim for delay to Permit to Use.
Develop detailed plans and provide Project Management Support (Including Cost Control) to a team revitalising Engineering Support Organisation’s within Bae. As Divisional Planner I managed the production of integrated tack, signalling, comms, power and building finishes programmes at each of the 18 stations and shafts on the Project and well as tuneel installtions. I started at the commencement of the Civils phase of thw works and implemented a co-ordinated progress reporting strategy and maintained function consistancy for the division. Assisted in mitigation of programme delays for the Division, reporting to the Deputy Project Construction Manager.
