provide Planning, programming, progress monitoring and coordination to both client and construction management team for a plant construction project

Provide planning and coordination services to entire Construction team from procurement to on-site working sequence to complete MEP testing and kick-off energy start up for commissioning

prepare master programme for a contractor to seek client acceptance, earned value reporting mechanism setup

Planning and coordination services to Design phase including earned value measurement

Provide planning, programming & scheduling, co-ordination, data administration, etc. to all working parties
