Military Aviation - Initial training in electronics and computing as an avionics technician.  Full career progression with increasing level of responsibility, culminating in senior management positions carrying out project management and operations control tasks.  Located at various times in many parts of the UK and also overseas.  Region below shows final location.

Responsibilities: Planning, procurement, cost, schedule, safety and quality management of road works and bridgeworks on a variety of projects in North and South Wales.

I am the Scheduling Department Manager for Balfour Beatty Construction Southwest Division.  I have a Construction Management BS and MS degre from Colorado State University.  I am certified PSP from AACE International and 35 years in construction in the San diego, California area.  I owned a schedulng consultant business for 8 years starting in 2002 performing project schedulng and delay analysis.
