Responsible for the delivery of the Planning and Project Control functions.

PIPEMILL PRODUCTION / PLANNING ENGINEER

Responsible to Lead Pipemill Engineer, as part of a Production Team, for 2 Pipemills and Pilerack Fabrication Facilities, and to provide all relevant information from client drawings and specifications necessary to carry out Tubular Assembly for use in the fabrication of offshore oil and gas structures.  Many of these activities are subject to the pressure of providing the most economic method and sequencing of events, which were normally subject to tight time schedules.

Implimentation on Primavera 6.1 / 6.2 across the Capital Programme business as a tranche of an overall business change project introducing Programme Management.

Create program planning activities, milestones and deliverables for approval of  baseline schedule.  Cost load program master schedule and create multiyear forecast.  Create WBS and associated coding structure.  Create schedule of values in the schedule for contractor schedule integration in the master schedule.  Integrate budget and invoice data in Primavera P6 master schedule for EAC and ETC calculations and reporting.  Review and analyse contractors' schedule with the baseline master schedule to prepare updates and monthly summary of progress related to key
