Review contract for scope and project control/ planning requirements, develop procedures, implement procedures, develop schedule, update schedule, implement/ update earned value measurement systems, identify variances and suggest corrective actions, develop client reports.
Planning & Cost Estimator
· Report to the Project Director and head the Project Controls department and played a key role in executing projects with a combined value of SR25 billion.
· Monitor the progress of work of and adherence to schedules by contractors, subcontractors and vendors and implement remedial measures to bring the project back on track.
