Roles and Responsibilities

Part of two-man team responsible for planning & control of all projects in southern Britain, including Earned Value reporting, tracking actual spend at detailed activity level, and resource utilisation forecasts to inform strategic manpower decisions.

Senior Scheduler for multiple transportation projects in USA, typically on owner's side.  Current projects include$400 million (US dollar) Alexander Hamilton Bridge and Highbridge Interchange Ramps Rehabilitation, Bronx, NY; $150 million Route 3 over Passaic River Bridge Replacement, Clifton, NJ and various other projects in CT, NJ, MN and IN.
