Estimator for 2013 Shutdown/Turnaround using EPCM-PSI’s Component Based Estimating method for all equipment involved in the refinery. Scheduling is done using EPCM-PSI’s Float Based Prioritization Method, all of which is done in P6. I created a manpower projection spreadsheet for a 2013 Turnaround based on 10-30% estimates
