Oracle Primavera (P6)

Relocated from Bermuda to the Middle East to specialise in delay analysis initially in the contracts and claims team based at Muscat International Airport. Projects included the following:

Power Plant – Boiler Unit, Kudgi, India

Worked as the delay analyst performing time impact analysis over 21 No. time slices for one of three boiler unit’s extension of time claim. Responsibilities included supervision of a consultant, delay analysis and producing the final report.

• Create 3 week and 3 month look ahead schedule highlighting critical path activities• Estimating and revising workpack budgets provided by client• Estimate the budget for additional works and create Project Changes Notice• Issuing weekly / monthly progress, manpower and photo reports with : Histograms, S‐Curve and tab

Relocated to the Cayman Islands to work as the Planner for Sir Robert McAlpine.

Clifton Hunter New School, Cayman Islands

Worked as the site planner for the management contract to complete the construction of a school that was abandoned by the previous contractor. Work also involved completing part of the John Gray School up to watertight stage. Assisted in the conversion of my existing programmes into P6 and developing them into a detailed procurement and construction schedule.
