All these projects revolved around either complete Aeroplane Taxi Apron civil breakout and re-enforcement of high load precast concrete units that formed the aircraft loading and standing structures. Extensive buried services radar scanning and excavation of contaminated grounds work. Any Drainage capacity increase required through means of using Underground Mole boring machines in conjunction with access pits.

Creation, maintenance and updating of project programmes at both tender and construction stage for multiple area - onshore wind, hydro electric, Gas, Nuclear, Pharmaceutical. Mostly using MS Project under FIDIC, SPR Bespoke and NEC3 contract forms. Creation, development and maintenance of a bespoke cabling database used across multiple jobs.

Full lifecycle project planning for a variety of projects. Mainly in the renewables sector within the UK and Ireland - windfarms (onshore and offshore) and hydro pumped storage. Some thermal (gas) and telecoms projects also. Mostly using P6 but also MS Project depending on the job requirements. Creation of programmes from scratch following company standards and coding, management reporting and providing support to PM and commercial function on EOT's etc through NEC3.

o Responsible for the update and coordination of Cost & Resource loaded Transmission Project Programmes between the value of £35 million and £308 million
o Required constant interaction with Project Managers, Engineers, Commercial and Procurement Managers
o Monitor and review the feasibility of Contractor Schedules and their ability to meet the required aspects of the Projects, and seeking justifications for any discrepancies
o Review and monitor Contractor site construction to ensure Project is running as reported
o Work closely with Cost Engineers and Quantity Surveyors to ensure Value

I am employed as an Associate Director specialising in delay analysis and appointed by London and Edinburgh based Law Firms and Corporate clients. 

I provide written and oral evidence in adjudication, arbitration and litigation.  I also provide independent reviews to assist my Client in the negotiated settlement of disputes. 

I have acted as a technical advisor in merger and acquistions.
