Claim Planner - Delay Impact Analysis for events occurring during the construction of the Sui Hong MTR Station 

Creation, maintenance and updating of project programmes at both tender and construction stage for multiple area - onshore wind, hydro electric, Gas, Nuclear, Pharmaceutical. Mostly using MS Project under FIDIC, SPR Bespoke and NEC3 contract forms. Creation, development and maintenance of a bespoke cabling database used across multiple jobs.

In the role of Systems Officer, I was the Woodside maintenance planning system focal point for all Projects and Technical Changes.  My primary responsibility was to ensure that the project closeout was completed in a timely and cost effective manner and of a high quality through:

Project was executed by U.S based Bechtel Co. Inc. ( www.bechtel.com )and Turkey based Enka Co.

Responsibilities: Development of planning function and spreading best practice in project planning and project management processes, including introduction of new Estimating software solution. Acted as business change agent to improve project delivery performance. Executive member of management team for £70 million turnover business division.

Construction Planner for Vinci Construction UK Ltd - Northern Region (Birmingham Office)

Provide Planning Support, Progress Monitoring and Short Term Programmes to 'Live' sites and interacting with the Construction Team to understand better more efficient ways of delivering the project.

Undertake Tender Planning including Value Engineering proposals and ability to work efficient and lean.
