Experience gained during delivery of retail, office and apartments projects. Providing engineering and project management services for Contractors, Investors and Client’s Representatives. Recently strongly involved in project planning and control activities.
- Develop and maintain Maintenance Plans & schedules at various phases of QDC Plants Facilities, Plant Shutdown, progress reviews and preparation of planning reports.
- Collect CMMS notifications and job cards; create maintenance order and plan, assigning resources and spares
- Review and develop daily maintenance schedules and validate the work orders are scheduled according to their priorities , handling number of work orders and with resources availability
- Obtain material, spares, services requirement from maintenance section and prepare scope of work, specifications, code number.
