Milestones report

Delivered rapid start-up of reporting tools and templates. To collectt and collate programme data, coordinating the collaborative effort between Delivery Partner (KBR), User Services (Motorola) and Mobile Services (EE). Tracked key milestones against each work stream and produced an array of reports presenting current progress status and how the programme was performing. Analysed Motorola and EE schedules to ensure they were delivering on time to programme.

Preparing, monitoring and updating an integrated programme containing 200+ projects, successfully tracking milestones/gateways up to the Final Investment Decision. Ensure communications and collaboration between on-site Contractors and Design Contractor as well as buidling similar relationships with the Client, reviewing progress on a weekly basis and issuing client reports displaying progress status.

• To develop all planning and scheduling tools to be used in control, monitoring and reporting of project status.
• To identify scope of schedule activities.
• To determine milestones to support project schedule, including identification of contractual milestones.
• To establish activity durations and sequence for specific work disciplines.
• To identify inter-discipline restraints or interfaces which define activity sequences and w
