Planning& Scheduling Engineer

Convert daily General services (Fabrication, Welding, Painting, Lagging, Rigging/crane services & Third Party contractor) maintenance SAP notifications to Orders according to their priority. Material management using SAP MM. Change management, Risk management, prepare Level 4 P6 plans. Shut down management, produce weekly maintenance plans. Attend Weekly plant Maintenance meetings. Liaison big projects with Project team. PSSR (Pre start up Safety Review) leader in major Turnaround (T/A) 2010.

Turnarounnd Planning and Scheduling, Progress updation, Report Concerns, Plan Vs Actual Varience Reporting etc.

Scope:

Maintenance management control, support for the planning of shutdown services, training (SAP, Project Management, and Process Control).



Approach:

CMMS database management, creating maintenance procedures, predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance schedule and control, training/support for project management software and productivity tools, support for the adaptation of the Maintenance Dept routines to the TQC Program and for the SAP R/3 pre-operational phase (creating support material, procedures and training).



Results:
