Methodologies and Constructability Studies

Supervised civil/structural subcontractors at main terminal area. Prepared work methodologies and risk assessments for related civil works. Organized equipment for construction work and coordinated with client and subcontractors on project aspects. Developed mitigation plans and recommendations to resolve schedule problems. Prepared and reviewed portions of the monthly progress report.

Duties included preparing Front End Load (FEL) documents in order to mobilise and start work in Pipe Yards and Camps; initiating method statements, risk assessments, and scope and schedule of works; managing CPM Schedule of works for pipe dump yards and camps.
