Hunting Engineering provide electrical & mechanical design solutions to the Ministry of Defence.
Employed to design mechanical elements for the fitting of communications suites into a broad range of military vehicles (often involving undertaking stress calculations with applicable ‘g’ loadings). The role involved all aspects of mechanical design; initial concept, liaison with customer, concept design, final design (and drawings), writing of installation procedures. I had to undergo a six week vetting procedure to obtain MOD security (SC level) clearance.
