Leadership and innovation

Specialized experience that includes experience that demonstrates knowledge of the principles, practices, and processes of Project Management/Project Controls. Along with my many other duties within the Nuclear Project Management department, I served as the departments innovation lead and have both my PMP Project Management Professional and AACE certifications. My background is diverse, and I excel at data gathering and analytics.

HR trainee I was in charge of recruiting, interviewing and manage the information of candidates at Visteon de México. Other activities I made the promotion of the open position at the different work job exchange sites, of universities and others. I was in charge of all the manage and hiring of the trainees in the different areas of the company. 

Project Manager, Manager

Serving as a project manager, then manager in local government, worked in a range of data processing (Information Technology) projects. Many were multi-jurisdictional, with cities and counties, and in some cases, state, and federal government participants. The projects ranged from road engineering/design, to Planned Program Budgeting Systems and complete financial, to Payrol/HR, to innovative Geographic Data Systems.
