• Prepare, review and follow up monthly invoices.
• Negotiate progress and invoice with client
• Create forecast plan and forecast cost for the project
• Prepare and negotiate client about de-scope
• Update and monitor progress and cost of the project
• Plan and distribute the work among construction mangers
• Create three look ahead and three months look ahead Schedules
• Create cost analyses and forecast for project departments and fields
• Analyze progress delays and create recovery plans
• Monitor acceleration and claim for Acceleration or Extension of time

The scope of the work include Engineering ,procurement, construction and commissioning and start up for the project.Review current status of both Engineering and Procurement for the Project prepare a revised detailed Level 3 control schedule (Primavera P3) incorporating the physical status and all change orders. This was part of the integrated schedule and network for the EPC contract. Assist the cost engineer in the revised control budget.
