Established Middle branch and set up distribution channels for CA regionally.

Commercial management of business and partner/channel management.

Planned and executed multiple programs and projects both in clients and for our own office to deliver/implement products and improve services to customers through the channels.  Planned and managed multiple projects and programs for our clients, but also for channel partners and their clients where they needed support.

Respnsible for commercial operation of brances in Kuwait and Bahrain.

Responsible for selling, planning, managing and reconciling fixed cost projects and programs for software implementation and upgrads in large organisations (government, aviation, financial services, oil & energy)

Designed and implemented projects for exhibitiosn and conferences, marketing events and for training.

Many years experience in software development and software management for real-time embedded systems and tools, and in business development for aerospace and defense software (A&D). Led the team responsible for the "Common Core" operating system for the Boeing 787 Dreamliner and hundreds of other avionics subsystems on dozens of aircraft types. Grew the business for the largest RTOS company from $71M to over $100M in three years.

General Management of projectised consulting service company and delivery of project, program, portfolio and strategy execution services to clients across Africa and Middle East.  Also Director (Middle East) for strategy execution specialists (2GC) during most of this time as a majority of our cleints were looking for improved organisational PM capabiulity, along with portfolio management and strategic alignment.  Most of the time they had no clear consensus on strategy (priority and focus) across the management teams, so to be successful at all we had to start with fixing the str

Site Engineer overseeing groundworks, substructure and superstructure. Duties included general management, procurement, logistics and resolving technical queries.

Indentured Management Trainee/Site Agent. Mainly site based attended college on a day release basis, carried out many duties whilst a trainee. I then went on to site management based on multiple sites.
