Project management trainer.  Designing courses (e.g., Anglo Projects Way Course; PMP^® Exam Preparation Course; Scheduling Best Practices Course; etc.); delivering training; overseeing training administration; ensuring maintenance and upkeep of certification status with e.g., PMI, AACE International; etc.

From november 2016 to this date I´ve been working as a project controls specialist for Voltrak, in the construction of a BMW Plant in Mexico.

I got my first job in the project controls department of an Oil & Gas construction company in 2014

By 2016 I was a project planner for a major refining project in Salina Cruz, Mexico

Responsibilities included  the development of WBS, manpower histograms, s curves, monitoring progress, allocating budgeted resources on schedule using P6, progress reporting, etc

Snr Project Controls specialist on the ZADCO UZ750 EPC2 Fabrication phase for 3 Sub-contractors in the SEAsia & China region. Scope 12 Mechanical Technical Rooms (MTRs), 12 Modules (PAUs 10.5k MT), and 5 Electrical Buildings (MSS &  PGSS).

Responsible to the Snr Area Fabrication Manager for the region, the role provided the following:

Provided project controls and accounting for a $250 MM water treatment facility at the molybdenum mine in Climax, CO.

Project Controls included contractor compliance and performance audits, schedule adherence, monthly equipment audit

Project accounting consisted of forecasting, monthly reporting, journal entries, contractor accruals, invoice auditing and budgeting.

Assisting PM in planning, scheduling, tracking, reporting, forecasting, resource control.

This position performs a wide variety of project controls tasks, ranging from complex to routine, all of which contribute to efficient and professional operation of the Mining Practice.
